ITINERARY FOR MAHALE MOUNTAINS, GOMBE AND KATAVI PAKS
3 DAYS, 2 NIGHTS
The best itinerary and cost as follows:
Day 1. Kigoma – Mahale Mountains National Park
Early in the morning at 7:00 you will be picked up from the hotel in kigoma and drive the car half way up to Mgambo Village and take the boat to Mahale Mountains National Park and arrive during the evening time and get the meal. Have some rest to gain the power for chimpanzee trekking the next day. Dinner and overnight at Mango Bandas
Day 2. Mahale, Mountains
You will get breakfasts. at 08:00, and 08h30 go for Chimpanzee trekking in the forest. The hikes takes you to the chimp’s habitation areas are accessible and not strenuous, although being in good physical condition will ease the strain of walking through the jungle! Up close, observing the endangered primates is an once-in-a-lifetime experience. Meals and overnight at Mango Bandas
Day 3. Mahale – Kigoma
Breakfast 07h00, After breakfast chimps trekking up to 11h00 back to the camp, get hot lunch after lunch, followed by boat transfer back to Mgambo village. Pick up on arrival and drive back to Kigoma town.

ITINERARY FOR GOMBE PARK
3 DAYS 2 NIGHTS AT GOMBE NATIONAL PARK
The best itinerary and cost as follows:
Day 1. Kigoma – Gombe National Park
Ride the boat from Aqua lodge beach at 8:00 to Gombe National Park, it takes two hours by private boat from kigoma to Gombe. Arrival at 10:00 registration and then prepare for the first trekking and visit mkenke water falls up to 14:00 time and come back to the camp for lunch. Then a visitor will spend his evening at Lake Tanganyika beach for swimming and spend the night at kasekela luxury tents.
Day 2. Gombe
Get the Breakfast at 08:00 followed by chimpanzee trekking, visiting Kakombe waterfalls and hiking to Jen’s peak and then back to the camp, get the hot lunch take some rest and go for canoeing and swimming at evening. And get the dinner and spend the night at kasekela luxury tents.
Day 3. Gombe – Kigoma.
Get the breakfast and ride the boat back to kigoma town.

ITINERARY FOR KATAVI NATIONAL PARK
DAY1. Drive from kigoma at 07:00hr to katavi its takes 5 hrs to arrive at the park. We will have lunch and then after a visitor will be taken for evening/ night games drives and spend a night at within the park
Day 2: Spend the whole day in the park doing game drives which cover extensive grassland savanna plains, woodland, marshlands, rough hills, lakes, and rivers when combined with neighbouring game reserves of Rukwa, Luafi, and Lukwati form a great eco-system.
See the substantial population of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, waterbucks, and hartebeests, as well as predators such as hyenas and pride of lions. Spot the leopards, cheetahs, and wild dogs as well. In dry months from July to October, hundreds of hippos crowd into the remaining waterholes and rivers while crocodiles sun themselves on the banks.
Day 3: 08:h00 Breakfast. 08:30 game drive within the park, visiting places of cultural and historical interest in katavi including stone and Iron Age sites and sacred sites such as the Katabi tree where the wabende spirit katabi live. Back to the camp have a hot lunch, spend the night within the park.
Day 4. 8:00 am– breakfast 8:30 with a packed lunch will drive back to kigoma.
